No, the sender can set the recipients' login requirements to allow viewing without a password and/or include a PDF to the email notification.
When a file is sent to a user, the sender has 2 options:
Option 1: Allow users to access Embershot without logging in with their username and password by unchecking the "Require Password" box. Note: Anyone with this link can access a file (unless it is locked to one device, in which case users can only open the file on one device). The watermark will always display the intended user's information, but Embershot does record the secondary user's IP address and location when they click the link.
Option 2: Attach a PDF file to the email notification that users received. To do this select "Allow Print/Download"
Then select the checkbox to 'Include PDF Download' and click 'Send.'
