Users with an Enterprise account have access to recipient locations. Recipient locations can be viewed in 4 ways.
Option 1: VIEW LOCATIONS IN PROJECT HISTORY
Step 1: Click on the three dots 'More' menu next to the Projects dropdown.
Step 2: From the dropdown, select 'Project History.'
Step 3: Look at the 'Location' column to see viewers' locations. You can also map the location by looking at 'Map View.'
Note: Locations are approximated based on cell tower information.
Option 2: VIEW LOCATIONS IN FILE HISTORY
Step 1: Click on the three dots 'More' menu next to the desired file.
Step 2: Click on 'History.'
Step 3: View the locations of all the recipients of the file.
Option 3: VIEW LOCATIONS IN USER HISTORY
Step 1: Open Groups & Users section.
Step 2: Click on the 'More' menu for the desired User.
Step 3: Select 'User History' from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: View the locations for all files viewed by the User.
Option 4: VIEW LOCATIONS IN VIEWER HISTORY OF A SPECIFIC FILE
Step 1: Click the 'Viewers' icon for the desired file.
Step 2: Click the 'More' menu for the desired viewer.
Step 3: Select 'View History' from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: View the locations where the specified viewer engaged with the specific file.
