There are two ways to view a file's history.
Option 1
Step 1: Click on the 'Views' icon next to the file history you wish to observe
Step 2: You will then see the history of all the users who have viewed the file
Option 2
Step 1: Click on the three dots 'More' menu next to the desired file.
Step 2: Click on 'History.'
Step 3: View the history of the file.
