Only Enterprise Site Admins have the ability to add users to an Enterprise site.
Step 1: Toggle to your site admin project
Step 2: Click the icon to add a New User
Step 3: Fill out the form fields and click dropdown menu to either add and close the pop-up, or to add and continue adding additional users.
Note if you get an error message that says the user is on another site, you will need to email support@embershot.com and ask if the user could be moved to your site. If the user has a domain name that isn't associated with your enterprise, you will also need the user to send an email authorizing you to manage their account.
Also note, you can add users in bulk by clicking on the "Add Bulk Users" icon.
